· Adobe PhotoShop .PSD or .TIFF (version CS5 or lower, flatten layered files)
· Adobe Illustrator .AI or .EPS (version CS5 or lower, convert text to curves - embed images)
· Corel Draw .CDR (version X3 or lower, convert text to curves)
· Adobe InDesign & QuarkExpress .PDF (print optimized/high quality prepress, convert all fonts).
We do not accept files from the web, word processing programs, or slide show programs. If you do not have the ability to provide your artwork up to our specs, we offer design services for an additional fee.
IMAGE DPI: All bitmap images should be 100dpi at full print size
COLOR PROFILE: All colors must be defined as CMYK. If converted from RGB to CMYK significant color changes may occur. Pantone colors may be requested, but exact color matched are not always possible. Allow an additional 1-2 business days in production time for best color match. This service is not available on all file formats. An additional fee may apply for color matching. Color tip: for a Rich Black use these values: C:63, M:52, Y:51, K:100.
SEND YOUR FILES:  Once the upload is complete you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Be sure to contact us directly to continue with your order process if you haven’t already done so. Contact your sales associate at 1-800-723-2050.
PROOFING: An E-Proof is REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED AND APPROVED for any custom graphics to be produced. The E-Proof consists of a low resolution copy of the file received. This will be your last chance to proof read and to make sure the file opened correctly for us. This will be provided to you by your Display Consultant. We do offer a small scale Printed Proof option on any custom artwork files sent to us. This is offered on all of our displays and is printed on the actual material that will be used in the final output. The cost is $45.00 and includes FedEx Overnight shipping at our expense to the location of your choice.
Affordable Exhibit Displays Graphic Policy and Terms:
We work hard to ensure you are happy with the printed graphics you order from us. When submitting your own graphic files to Affordable Exhibit Displays, we take no responsibility in the quality of the printed graphics, only the workmanship. We do review all files uploaded to us. Graphic files are checked visually on our computer screens for obvious problems and sufficent resolution to produce a high quality print. We are not responsible for proof-reading and/or correcting errors.

If an imaging problem is detected or a change is requested after printing begins, you will be charged appropriately for products already produced.

The standard graphic production is 5-10 business days (depending upon product ordered) from the time the proof is approved plus any necessary shipping transit time. Rush production is available for a fee, please call to discuss your specific needs.
Due to ink and media variations from batch to batch, we cannot precisely match previously printed graphics. If multiple images were printed previously, it may be necessary to reprint an entire project if a color match is critical.
