RETURN POLICY

If you wish to return any stock item, you must call your Associate with in 7 business days of delivery to clear the return and obtain a written Return Authorization from your Associate.  RETURN REQUESTS MADE AFTER 7 BUSINESS DAYS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  Customer is to pay all shipping charges incurred for return package.  This includes the original shipping costs along with the costs for return shipment to Affordable Displays, Inc.  ALL returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Please note the RA# on the outside of the box and ship the item(s) within 3 business days of receipt of RA#. Thank you.

Damaged, Missing items or Incorrect order: Damaged and/or missing items must be reported to us within 3 business days of receipt of product. ALL CLAIMS MADE AFTER 3 BUSINESS DAYS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Damaged items returned that have not been inspected by the freight carrier or that are returned without written authorization will not be accepted. If received and your items are incorrect due to our negligence, we must be notified within 7 business days of receipt to correct the ordered items. 

Returns not accepted on the following items: Used Displays, Custom Digital Prints, Graphic Panels or Headers, Custom Printed Table Throws or Skirting, Custom Sized Throws or Skirting, Displays with Non-standard Fabric, Custom Cases, or any item created for your use only.   

Warranty: All products manufactured by Affordable Exhibit Displays, Inc. are guaranteed for a period of 5 years from the Invoice/purchase date. This warranty is a Manufacturer Warranty. Product models include: Promoter table top displays, Promoter EZCounter podiums, Promoter Classic Full size displays, Add-A-Panel table top displays, and Add-A-Panel Tower displays.  Products are not guaranteed against damage caused by shipping, neglect, or normal wear.

A Lifetime Warranty: Applies to our 1UP Pop-Up Aluminum Frames including tabletop displays, full size displays, pop up towers and pop up podium.

Custom Items: ALL Custom made and printed items as well as items sold as used are Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable once production has started or they have been shipped out.
