*Proof is a copy of your art file and is for proofing purposes only. Please review the supplied screenshots showing the quality of your submitted artwork at 100% print size. Your artwork will print as shown.
*Production of your order will begin immediately following your artwork proof approval is received. Once approved, and production has begun, printed graphics are non-refundable. By approving this proof and its screenshot, you agree to our terms & conditions listed below and as noted within the attached PDF proof.

E-PROOF:  The attached PDF E-proof is low-resolution, and is intended only to represent content, cropping, sizing, and positioning of your artwork as it will be produced.  It is not intended to represent exact image quality or color-accuracy.  We assume your artwork is correct as supplied and will print your graphics exactly as you send them to us.  We are not responsible for artwork quality or image resolution.  Spelling or grammatical errors are your responsibility.  Any modifications or adjustments to your graphic, no matter how minor can take time and graphic fees may apply.  

 ARTWORK:  Our Printing process uses CMYK color.  Artwork submitted in RGB will be converted to CMYK & some color shifting can occur.  Pantone Solid Coated colors may be requested for vector based artwork, however exact color matches may not always be possible.  If your job is color sensitive, please inquire about ordering a physical proof to verify your final output.  We print your artwork as it is submitted to us. Color accuracy or image resolution are not guaranteed unless a printed proof is requested.  No match is guaranteed on backlit displays.  Be aware that colors may shift between lit and unlit graphics. This is considered normal.

 SHIPPING:  Items are shipped via UPS and FedEx. The buyer is responsible to provide an address that these carriers recognize as a deliverable address. We have no control over shipment once a package departs our facility and cannot be held responsible for any delays with delivery for reasons out of our control. We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier including delayed items or lost packages; or for delays in shipping due to circumstances that are out of our control, such as storms, natural disasters, or any other incidents that causes unforeseen interference with final delivery.

*I acknowledge any concerns that may have been brought to my attention prior to the final proof being provided.
*I verify that spelling, grammar, text, and all other content is correct.  I understand I assume all responsibility for typographical errors.
*Once my order and approval of proof(s) is sent to production, I understand that I cannot make any changes.  If any changes are requested after the project has been approved, I understand it is my responsibility to pay for any and all additional costs that may incur to reprint.
