IMPORTANT ORDERING INFORMATION – MINIMUM QUANTITY OF 12 BACKPACKS REQUIRED

This product has a minimum order quantity of 12 backpacks. Orders must be placed in quantities of 12 or more.

How to Order:

  1. Select Your Quantity Bracket: Choose the pricing bracket that matches the total number of backpacks you wish to purchase (for example, 12–24, 25–49, 50–74, or 75–99).

  2. Review Your Price: The price displayed for your selected bracket is the price PER BACKPACK, not the total price for that quantity.

  3. Update Your Cart Quantity: Once you have selected your pricing bracket and added the product to your cart, you MUST update the quantity in your cart to match the number of backpacks you are ordering.

Example: If you select the 12–24 quantity bracket, the price is $63.95 per backpack. You must then enter a quantity between 12 and 24 in your cart to receive the correct pricing.

PLEASE NOTE: Selecting a quantity bracket does NOT automatically add that number of backpacks to your cart. You must manually enter the correct quantity before checking out.

Additional Information:

  • Minimum order: 12 backpacks

  • Vector artwork required for embroidery (PMS colors required)

  • Additional embroidery colors and higher stitch counts available upon request

  • Embroidery tape fee included in setup cost

  • Production time: Approximately 10 business days after final proof approval, excluding order processing time

  • Rush service is not available

Warranty
1 Year Product Warranty - Standard warranty is a parts and labor warranty which warrants product against defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover damage due to accidents, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Products found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at factory's discretion

*Proof approval is required on ALL custom printed artwork. The proofing process is between 24-48 hours depending on a quality submission of all artwork files.
*Production time begins the day after final proof approval is received.
*Production days are business days – Saturday AND Sunday do not count.
*Production time DOES NOT include days required for any Graphic Design time IF our In-House Graphic Design time levels is selected. Full graphic design services can take up to 7 business days to complete.
*Based upon a quantity of 3 or less. Production time of 4 or more varies per item. Please reach out to our Image Consultants for more information about quantity production times.
